We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and detail-oriented NICU Nurse to join our team. You will be responsible for monitoring vital signs, administering medication, assisting with procedures, and supporting families through the neonatal care process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill and premature newborns.
- Monitor vital signs and assess the health condition of newborns.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and IV pumps.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Educate and support parents and family members.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
- Participate in emergency interventions and resuscitation efforts when required.
- Assist in the development of care plans for NICU patients.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc Nursing/GNM.
- Licensure: Valid Registered Nurse.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 year experience in NICU
