Shift: US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST)
Days: Monday- Friday
Salary : ₹3,00,000 PA
1. ROLE OVERVIEW
NextGen Global Services is seeking a creative and disciplined Content Writer (Full-time) to join our international delivery team. This role is designed for "Night Owls" who possess an exceptional command of the English language and can produce high-quality, engaging content tailored specifically for a North American (US) audience.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Writing: Write and edit website content, blogs, and service pages for IT and digital solutions.
- Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure factual accuracy and authority.
- SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO principles, including keyword placement and meta-description writing, to drive organic traffic.
- Brand Voice: Adapt writing style to match the specific tone and persona of various US-based clients.
- Daily Targets: Meet daily word-count quotas while maintaining zero-error quality standards.
3. ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
- Experience: 0–1 years (Interns are highly encouraged to apply).
- Education: Graduate in English Literature, Journalism, Communications, or Marketing preferred.
- Language: Native-level fluency in written English (US spelling and grammar).
- Technical: Proficient in Google Docs, WordPress, and basic AI-assisted writing tools.
- Availability: Must be strictly available for the 8 PM to 5 AM IST shift.
