We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations, back-office functions,. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring quality talent while ensuring timely closures
End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.1. End-to-End Recruitment (Operations + Back Office)
Handle hiring for Restaurant Operations Roles
(Steward, Captain, Chef, Kitchen Staff, Outlet Managers, Supervisors)
- Understand manpower requirements from clients and hiring managers.
- Create and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary packages
- Ensure smooth joining and onboarding of selected candidates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
