We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the role of International Telecom Chat Support Executive. The role involves handling international customer queries through live chat support and assisting customers with telecom-related services, billing, technical guidance, and account support.
Candidates should possess strong written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer interactions through live chat support professionally and efficiently
Assist customers with telecom service-related enquiries
Provide SIM activation and deactivation support
Support customers with billing, payments, and account-related queries
Assist customers with plan upgrades and downgrades
Provide basic troubleshooting and technical guidance
Perform customer verification and account validation procedures
Handle complaints and provide appropriate service guidance
Escalate complex issues to higher support teams when required
Maintain accurate CRM case documentation and ticket updates
Ensure customer retention and satisfaction through effective communication
Educate customers regarding services, policies, and procedures
Communicate service outage updates and resolutions
Collect customer feedback and prepare service-related reports
Maintain quality standards and achieve process KPIs

Any Graduate can apply
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Excellent written English communication skills
Basic computer and internet knowledge required
Ability to multitask and handle customer conversations effectively
Customer service mindset with good problem-solving skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable
Preferred Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy
Experience in chat support/customer support is an added advantage
Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
