Position Overview:
The Assistant HR Manager will support and manage day-to-day HR operations across manufacturing units, installation teams, and office staff. This role requires handling recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and performance management while ensuring a safe, productive, and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Ensure proper induction, safety training, and compliance for new hires
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, EPF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure audit readiness
- Support payroll processing in coordination with finance and consultants
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
- Assist managers in conducting performance reviews and handling performance issues
- Develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends
- Promote a positive workplace culture focused on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Coordinate training programs (safety, technical skills, leadership development)
- Partner with operations team on workplace safety and accident prevention
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure policy compliance
- Support succession planning for key roles
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, EPF, ESIC, and HR best practices
- Experience handling a diverse workforce (blue-collar and white-collar employees)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
