Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Solar Executive to independently manage end-to-end solar project work. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who can work with minimal supervision and take complete ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Solar panel installation coordination and site supervision
- Net metering applications and follow-ups
- Government/DISCOM portal registrations
- Bank-related documentation and liaison work
- Preparing and presenting quotations to customers
- Customer communication and follow-up
- Any other operational tasks related to solar project execution

Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in the solar industry (installation/operations preferred)
- Familiarity with net metering process and subsidy portals
- Basic knowledge of solar system sizing and quotation preparation
- Good communication skills (Telugu/Hindi/English)
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence
- Self-driven, reliable, and willing to take initiative
