Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated IT Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for computer hardware support, network setup & troubleshooting, system maintenance, and IT support activities.
Experience: 1 Year or More
Responsibilities
- Desktop/Laptop hardware installation & troubleshooting
- Network setup and configuration (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Router, Switch, and Firewall basic management
- Printer and peripheral device support
- Windows installation & software configuration
- User support and technical issue resolution
- CCTV and biometric device support (optional)
- Regular system maintenance and updates
- Internet and network troubleshooting
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Router, Switch
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Field support experience preferred
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer, or related field
