Job Title: Quality Analyst Intern
Location: Noida
Stipend: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 3–6 Months
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst Intern to join our team. The role involves monitoring and evaluating call quality, identifying gaps, and providing actionable feedback to improve overall performance and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Listen to recorded calls and evaluate them based on quality parameters
- Analyze customer interactions and identify areas of improvement
- Provide structured feedback to the team on call performance
- Maintain quality scorecards and reports
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and processes
- Collaborate with team leaders and trainers to improve performance
- Track and report quality trends and insights
Requirements:
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Good communication and feedback skills
- Basic knowledge of quality analysis or customer service (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to evaluate objectively
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt
