We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to enhance our brand's online presence and engage with our audience across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating compelling content, managing online communities, and driving brand awareness through organic and paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including captions, graphics, reels, videos, and stories for various social media platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and manage the company's online reputation by addressing reviews, feedback, and customer concerns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Identify and build relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and recommend innovative strategies to improve social media performance.
- Test new content formats, campaign ideas, and engagement tactics to maximize results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and community management skills.
- Creative thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of brand aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with user-generated content (UGC) strategies.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
