Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth for our EV Two-Wheeler and Auto Rental division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, generating new business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires a strong understanding of mobility solutions, fleet operations, and B2B/B2C sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients, fleet operators, delivery partners, logistics companies, and individual customers.
- Expand business opportunities through partnerships and channel development.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Sales Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Fleet & Rental Business Development
- Promote long-term rental solutions for corporate and institutional clients.
- Generate business from ride-sharing companies, logistics providers, delivery platforms, educational institutions, and government organizations.
- Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless vehicle deployment and service delivery.
Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) preferred.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Prior experience in EV Vehicles, Automobile, Fleet Management, Auto Rental, Mobility Solutions, or Transportation Industry is highly preferred.
