Job Summary
Gram Envo Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for technically skilled O&M / Project Technicians to support the operation, maintenance, installation and commissioning of STP, ETP, WTP and RO Treatment Plants.
The candidate will be responsible for plant operations, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and project execution activities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor STP, ETP, WTP and RO treatment plants.
- Carry out routine inspection and maintenance of plant equipment.
- Handle pumps, motors, blowers, valves, pipelines and other mechanical equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify technical faults and carry out basic troubleshooting.
- Support installation, erection and commissioning of treatment plant equipment.
- Assist Project Engineers in project execution and site activities.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings and layouts.
- Assist in piping, mechanical and electrical installation works.
- Support testing, trial runs and commissioning activities.
- Monitor plant parameters and maintain daily operational records.
- Maintain logbooks, checklists, maintenance reports and site records.
- Coordinate with O&M In-charge, Project Engineer and Project Manager.
- Ensure proper chemical handling and dosing as per requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas properly.
- Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Attend breakdowns and support timely restoration of plant operations.
- Travel to different project/site locations whenever required.
- Perform other technical duties assigned by the reporting manager.
Educational Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Civil or related technical disciplines.
- Candidates with relevant experience in STP / ETP / WTP / RO will be preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
Experience
- Freshers to 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in water treatment plant operation, maintenance, installation or commissioning will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
