Key Responsibilities
- Attend and manage incoming client calls professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding Umrah, Hajj, Ziyarat, domestic, and international tour packages.
- Maintain office records, documents, and customer databases.
- Assist in booking processes and travel documentation.
- Coordinate with clients for payments, required documents, and travel updates.
- Manage office administration and daily operations.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records.
- Support management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, Internet).
- Ability to handle clients professionally and courteously.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in travel, tourism, customer service, reception, or office administration will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
