Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy & Planning
o Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
o Collaborate with design, project management, and finance teams to anticipate material and resource needs across multiple commercial interior projects.
Vendor & Supplier Management
o Build and manage relationships with manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors for furniture, lighting, flooring, partitions, HVAC, MEP, and other interior materials.
o Evaluate and onboard vendors based on performance, pricing, reliability, and compliance.
Cost Control & Negotiation
o Conduct price analysis and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure value engineering and cost optimization.
o Monitor market trends to keep procurement aligned with industry pricing and availability.
Purchase Order & Contract Management
o Oversee preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs), contract agreements, and delivery schedules.
o Ensure legal and contractual compliance for all purchase transactions.
Project Coordination & Logistics
o Coordinate deliveries and manage timelines with project managers and site teams.
o Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, material defects, or vendor non-performance.
Documentation & Reporting
o Maintain up-to-date records of procurement activities, inventory logs, and cost tracking reports.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement within the commercial interior Fit out or architectural industry only.
· Proven track record managing procurement for corporate offices, retail environments, interior projects.
· Strong understanding of FF&E, MEP-related products, and turnkey interior execution materials.
· Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
· Proficient in procurement software, ERP tools, MS Office, and BOQ interpretation.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
