Responsible for preparing a wide range of Continental dishes with creativity, quality, and adherence to hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare soups, salads, pastas, grills, and other continental dishes.
- Innovate new recipes and seasonal menus.
- Maintain inventory and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation.
- Supervise commis chefs and assistants.
