Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students/clients regarding courses, careers, or services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable guidance
- Maintain follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions/sales
- Keep records of interactions and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Achieve monthly targets (in some roles)
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Convincing and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Positive attitude and patience
- Ability to handle queries and objections
Qualification
- Any graduate (B.A, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, etc.)
Salary Range (Bhopal)
- Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month
- Experienced: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Incentives may be available based on performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,526.09 per month
