Key Responsibilities
- Design Management: Coordinate the creation, review, and approval of CAD drawings, tool designs, and technical specifications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, R&D teams, and production staff to ensure manufacturability of designs.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records of design files, revisions, and approvals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet ISO standards, precision requirements, and customer specifications.
- Project Coordination: Track design progress, manage timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of design packages.
- Client Interaction: Support sales and technical teams by providing design inputs and clarifications to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design conflicts, manufacturing challenges, or material selection issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest design optimizations to improve tool performance and reduce production costs.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
