Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to assess, diagnose, and treat employees/patients with physical discomfort, musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and movement disorders. The candidate will develop personalized treatment plans, provide rehabilitation support, and promote overall physical well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Educate patients on posture correction, injury prevention, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, and management when necessary.
- Provide guidance on workplace wellness and physical health initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards and healthcare regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (BPT) or Master's Degree (MPT) in Physiotherapy.
- Valid registration with the State Physiotherapy Council (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, and sports rehabilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Experience
- Freshers to 3 years of experience can apply.
- Experience in orthopedic, sports, occupational health, or clinical physiotherapy will be an added advantage.
