- Supervising and leading teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, including scheduling, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting regular inspections, educating workers on safety protocols, and addressing hazards immediately.
- Monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate records of site activities, employee attendance, and progress reports.
- Coordinating with project stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, architects, and clients, to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.
- Managing materials and resources, including ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and ensuring timely delivery to avoid delays.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting issues that may affect timelines, budgets, or quality, including resolving disputes among workers or subcontractors.
- Conducting quality control inspections to ensure work meets design, safety, and craftsmanship standards.
