Five or more years of experience supporting and enhancing legacy and web-based business applications in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
Strong experience with PHP, Javascript, HTML and related technologies used to support and improve internal applications.
Ability to support integrations, file transfers, batch processes, and other operational jobs tied to critical business workflows.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to write, troubleshoot, and optimize queries across relational databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, and Oracle.
Demonstrated experience testing, debugging, maintaining, and improving software in production and non-production environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document systems, support procedures, and technical findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to analyze existing code and make practical enhancements in environments with limited or incomplete documentation.
Experience improving application stability, reliability, and performance for business-critical systems.
Preferred experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or distribution systems.
Basic Understanding of Linux/Unix environments, shell scripting, scheduled jobs and command-line troubleshooting.
