We are seeking an Industry-focused Coding Instructor to deliver practical, application-oriented coding instruction as part of CICD’s (California Institute of Career Development) employability and career-readiness programs.
The focus is on providing high-quality instruction and hands-on training to help learners excel.
Role Description The VIBE Coding and AI Instructor is a part-time, remote role focused on teaching coding and introductory AI concepts using engaging, learner-centered methods. The instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging online lectures, providing coaching and mentorship to students, and staying current with the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Additional responsibilities include assessing students' progress, offering constructive feedback, and adapting content delivery methods to suit varied learning preferences. Additional tasks include tracking learner progress, adjusting teaching strategies based on outcomes, and maintaining organized digital materials and communication channels. The role may also involve creating educational resources, collaborating with learners or caregivers to set goals, and staying informed about new tools and trends in coding and AI education.

- Deliver practical training on AI-assisted software development and vibe coding concepts
- Teach effective prompting techniques for developers
- Guide learners in building frontend and backend applications using AI tools
- Explain software development workflows and industry best practices
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions and projects
- Teach API development and integration concepts
- Train participants on debugging, testing and code optimization
- Review learner projects and provide technical guidance
- Design assignments, exercises and capstone projects
- Stay updated with latest AI coding tools and development practices
Qualifications
Strong understanding of:
- Full Stack Development
- Frontend Technologies
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- React or similar frameworks
- Backend Knowledge:
- Node.js / Python frameworks
- REST APIs
- Databases
- Authentication concepts
- Hands on Experience with:
- Git & GitHub workflows
- API integrations
- Debugging techniques
- Software testing concepts
- Experience with online learning platforms, virtual classroom tools, and creating digital learning materials is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and maintain a professional, inclusive learning environment.
- Background in education, computer science, or related fields, or equivalent practical teaching and technical experience is preferred.
Pay: ₹1,200.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
