Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude towards interacting with customers over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
