Job Description – Restaurant Manager Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage our standalone fine dining Turkish restaurant. The role will be responsible for the complete restaurant operations, guest experience, team performance, service standards, and business targets while ensuring an authentic and premium Turkish dining experience.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in fine dining restaurants
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a standalone premium restaurant
- Experience in Turkish, Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or international fine dining is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and guest-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and cost control
- Good understanding of sales, revenue, and profitability
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Ensure a consistently premium fine dining guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, presentation, ambience, and hospitality. Lead, train, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
- Ensure the team follows service SOPs, grooming standards, and brand guidelines. Monitor daily sales, revenue, average bill value, and operational performance.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and guest engagement.
- Control food, beverage, manpower, and operational costs.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, VIP guests, and special requests professionally. Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food and service operations.
- Monitor reservations, table management, guest flow, and service efficiency.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and statutory compliance.
- Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews with the team.
- Maintain the restaurant's premium ambience and overall brand standards.
- Prepare and share operational updates and work with management to achieve business targets.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
