JJob Summary
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in designing high-quality visuals for e-commerce marketplaces, websites, digital marketing campaigns, and brand communication. The candidate should possess strong creative skills with the ability to transform product features into visually engaging and conversion-focused creatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design product listing images, A+ Content, infographics, comparison charts, lifestyle images, and promotional creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Create website banners, homepage creatives, category banners, landing page graphics, and campaign visuals.
- Design digital advertisements for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, marketplace ads, and other online marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the E-commerce, Marketing, and Content teams to understand product features and convert them into impactful visual designs.
- Create premium product-focused creatives highlighting key features, benefits, dimensions, usage, comparisons, and brand value.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital and e-commerce design assets.
- Edit and enhance product images, including background removal, colour correction, retouching, shadow creation, and image optimization.
- Design social media posts, stories, reel thumbnails, promotional creatives, and campaign graphics.
- Research competitor designs, marketplace trends, and current e-commerce creative standards to improve visual performance.
- Manage multiple design projects efficiently while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in E-commerce, D2C, Retail, FMCG, Consumer Products, or Marketplace businesses.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Experience in designing Amazon A+ Content, product listing images, banners, infographics, and promotional creatives.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent image editing, retouching, and product presentation skills.
- Ability to convert product information into attractive and customer-focused visual communication.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in creating Amazon A+ Content and marketplace listing creatives.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Experience with AI image generation tools and prompt creation.
- Knowledge of Shopify website banners, landing pages, and digital advertising creatives.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles for e-commerce websites is an added advantage.
