Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve regional business targets.
- Develop new business through dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, consultants, and project customers.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Identify upcoming projects and generate new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements:
- 4 - 8 years of sales experience in the Building Materials industry.
- Experience in channel sales, project sales, and business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Must be ready to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
