- Lead, guide, and supervise a team of Sales Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, test drives, quotations, and retail deliveries to ensure strong pipeline conversion.
- Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, including prospecting, follow-ups, corporate outreach, and roadshows.
- Drive lead management and ensure timely response, enquiry handling, and CRM/DMS updation.
- Conduct regular team reviews, performance monitoring, coaching, and field accompaniment.
- Coordinate with Finance, Exchange/True Value, Accessories, and Insurance teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Generate and present sales reports, MIS, and performance insights .
- Promote customer satisfaction, repeat purchases, and referral sales.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
