About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner / Technical Product Owner to join our team and drive product development for enterprise-grade technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Telecommunications, Telecom BSS, Enterprise SaaS, Billing, Charging, or related technology platforms and will be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, QA, UX/UI, and delivery teams.
This role requires a strong combination of product management, technical understanding, business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery skills.
The candidate should be able to translate complex business requirements into clear product requirements while working closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, product backlog, priorities, and delivery.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into product requirements, epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with engineering, architecture, QA, UX/UI, and delivery teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Drive product initiatives from discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and production.
- Define and maintain business rules, workflows, functional requirements, and product documentation.
- Work with technical teams to understand system architecture, APIs, integrations, dependencies, and technical constraints.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Identify risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery challenges and drive them toward resolution.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood before development begins.
- Manage scope effectively and prevent scope creep.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during UAT, product validation, and business sign-off.
- Communicate product roadmap, priorities, progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Work effectively with geographically distributed teams and US-based stakeholders.
Telecom / BSS Domain Experience
Strong experience in Telecom BSS / Business Support Systems is preferred.
Candidates with experience in Postpaid BSS will be highly preferred.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6–10 years of experience as a Product Owner, Senior Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Experience in Telecom, BSS, Enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or other complex enterprise technology environments.
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum product development.
- Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities.
- Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, epics, and functional requirements.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product requirements.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight timelines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage scope and prevent scope creep.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Comfortable working with US-based teams and stakeholders.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
