Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Property Promoter or Real Estate company and possess strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and close property sales deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales transactions.
- Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate / Diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Property Promoter or Real Estate organization.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Knowledge of Chennai real estate market is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

- Male or Female candidates.
- Candidates residing in and around Mayajaal, ECR, Chennai will be preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Salary will be based on experience and industry standards.
