Job Description – Textile Production Coordinator
Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with a Textile/Apparel background are welcome to apply)
Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Technology, Apparel Technology, Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or a related discipline.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Textile Production Coordinator to support our Product Development and Production teams. The role involves coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and production units to ensure smooth execution of sampling and production activities while meeting quality and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day production and product development activities.
- Follow up with production units on sampling and bulk production status.
- Coordinate with vendors for fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Track sample development and ensure timely completion.
- Liaise with the Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain production trackers, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor production schedules and escalate delays when required.
- Support fabric and trim movement between departments and vendors.
- Assist in resolving production-related issues in coordination with the concerned teams.
- Visit factories or vendor locations when required for production follow-up.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of textile manufacturing and garment production processes.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for factory or vendor follow-ups, if required.
Preferred Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile, Apparel, Garment, or Fashion Technology.
- Internship or project experience in production, merchandising, or product development is an added advantage.
