We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating vehicle service and repairs, ensuring excellent customer service, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, listen to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests.
- Prepare and explain repair estimates, costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and service managers to schedule repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality and in a timely manner.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain service records, invoices, and warranty documentation.
- Promote additional services and maintenance plans to customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.
