Requirements:
- Must have experience in residential apartment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, STP, WTP, DG systems
- Experience in Facility Management – Hard Services only
- Vendor coordination & maintenance handling

❌ No soft services profiles
❌ No commercial/IT building experience
