Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct inventory audits across showrooms / warehouses / branches
- Perform physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Identify stock variances, shortages, excess, and damages
- Prepare detailed audit reports with observations and corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and SOPs
- Monitor movement of inventory and validate documentation
- Coordinate with store managers, warehouse teams, and finance
- Investigate discrepancies and support root cause analysis
- Support implementation of process improvements and internal controls
- Assist during internal and external audits
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- 5–8 years of experience in inventory audit / stock audit
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and audit procedures
- Experience in jewelry inventory audits is an advantage
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel extensively
