* We’re Hiring: Visualiser / Graphic Designer (On-Site in Pune)
At First of Jan Brandworks, design portrays how brands are seen, felt, and remembered.
And right now, we’re looking for someone who can translate ideas into visuals that actually stand out!
*Who are we looking for?
A Visualiser / Graphic Designer who:
- Doesn’t wait for instructions, takes initiative and pushes ideas forward
- Has the drive to constantly improve their craft
- Brings serious design skill to the table (not just software knowledge)
- Understands layouts, typography, and visual storytelling
- If you’ve worked in an agency, you already know - speed matters, but quality matters more.
* What you’ll be doing:
- Designing for social media, campaigns, and brand communication
- Translating briefs into strong visual concepts
- Collaborating with copywriters, strategists, and video team
- Maintaining consistency while still keeping things fresh
* What matters to us:
- Strong sense of aesthetics, hierarchy, and detail
- Ability to think beyond references (no template thinking)
- Speed with clarity - without compromising on quality
- Ownership over your work
Tools you should be comfortable with:
Photoshop / Illustrator (must)
Figma (preferred)
After Effects / motion basics (good to have)

On-site | Aundh, Pune
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
