We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative and personal support to senior management. The candidate will manage schedules, handle confidential information, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Screen and handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
- Handle confidential documents with discretion
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Manage personal tasks if required (bill payments, event coordination, etc.)
- Maintain office records and filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Good time management skills
- Professional and presentable personality

Salary Range:
As per industry standards (based on experience)
