Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and documentation
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT)
- Manage employee grievances and discipline
- Support performance appraisal and HR initiatives
- Prepare HR letters, policies, and MIS reports
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
Key Skills
- HR operations and labor law knowledge
- HRMS & MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Documentation and problem-solving abilityQualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 2–3+ years of HR Generalist experience
