Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing.
- Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in performance appraisal, training, and development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRMS/database accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll coordination, and labor law compliance.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
