Role Overview
We are hiring dynamic and target-driven professionals for the role of Real Estate Sales Executive / Team Lead. The role involves client engagement, project presentations, site visits, sales closures, and maintaining strong customer relationships for premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in clients, fresh leads, and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects
Conduct project presentations and site visits
Coordinate with developers and internal teams for smooth closures
Negotiate and close bookings effectively
Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline records
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Minimum Experience Required
1. 6 months - 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales / Pre Sales
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills
3. Knowledge of the East Pune real estate market would be an added advantage
4. Experience in premium residential projects preferred
5. Target-oriented and professional approach towards sales
