We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.
Your work profile
- Work with the Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education on establishment of 05 University Townships.
- Understand and present the requirements of a University Township and preempt challenges in implementation for proactive action for both the verticals of the project – University and Township.
- Work with stakeholders to understand the State Level regulatory and compliance requirements and identify measures to enable a single window clearance for each Township.
- Understand the real-estate implications, land pricing, selection criteria for land, and approval metrics.
- Identify the key success metrics of a University Township for short, medium, and long term.

- PGDM/ MBA from a reputed B-school.
- Total Work Experience Required: 8+ Years
- Prior Work Experience in the real-estate sector and/or regulatory landscape in the education sector.
