Job Description: Store Manager

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our retail store in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Coordinate with warehouse and head office teams.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in inventory management and retail operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
