Responsibilities
- Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and candidate screenings.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Organize and maintain office operations and procedures.
- Handle internal and external communications.
- Provide support for company events and meetings.
- Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
