Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and ambitious Relationship Managers (Field) who are passionate about sales and want to earn unlimited incentives. This role is ideal for individuals who are target-driven and eager to build a successful career in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new DSAs (Direct Selling Agents).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and business partners.
- Generate business through DSA network and field activities.
- Conduct regular market visits and expand the business network.
- Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.
- Provide excellent support to DSAs and customers.
Candidate Requirements:
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in Banking, NBFC, Insurance, DSA, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
