Job Summary
We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a leading customer support process. If you have excellent communication skills in English and experience in customer service, this is a great opportunity to build your career in an international BPO environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Discipline).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process or Customer Support.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: ₹30,000 per month CTC
- One-side cab facility for the employees during odd hours.

Shift Details
- 5.5-day working week
- Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Transportation
- Candidates should be comfortable traveling up to 180 km (as per company hiring criteria).
- One-side cab provided for employees during odd hours.
