We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food Chemist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analysis of food products, developing new formulations, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of food chemistry, laboratory testing, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished food products
- Develop and improve food formulations, ingredients, and production processes.
- Ensure product quality, safety and compliance with food industry regulations.
- Perform laboratory testing related to moisture, protein, Fat, pH, Acidity, preservatives, and other food parameters.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, reports, and documentataion.
- Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.
- Monitor product stability and self-life studies.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to reslove product-related-issues.
- Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Follow GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, and Food Safety standards.
- Assist in research and development of new products.
- Maintain Cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.

Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or laboratory testing will be preferred.
