- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, motors, lighting systems, and factory equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment as per the maintenance schedule.
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Attend machine breakdowns promptly and restore operations as quickly as possible.
- Inspect electrical systems regularly to identify potential issues before failures occur.
- Install new machines and provide electrical connections as required.
- Maintain PLC panels, sensors, contactors, relays, VFDs, switches, and other electrical components.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with production teams during machine servicing and maintenance shutdowns.
- Recommend improvements to enhance machine reliability and energy efficiency.
- Ensure proper housekeeping in the electrical workshop and maintenance areas.
- Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other electrical safety practices.
- Support utility maintenance, including compressors, generators, air conditioners, pumps, and lighting systems.
- Assist in implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
