Roles & Responsibilities
1. Contract & Agreement Support
· Reviewing and tracking, on behalf of the Founder’s Office, client agreements, NDAs, MSAs, VSAs, MoUs, engagement letters, authorization letters.
· Coordinating with clients, the Legal Team, and internal stakeholders for agreement finalization.
· Liaising with the Legal Team to incorporate commercial, legal, and operational requirements into contracts.
2. Signature & Execution Coordination
· Following up with clients and internal approvers for document execution.
· Managing digital and physical signing processes.
· Ensuring executed copies are obtained and archived.
3. Client Onboarding Documentation
· Coordinating collection of onboarding documents.
· Sharing corporate documents, certifications, and compliance documents with clients.
· Support vendor onboarding and empanelment requirements.
· Addressing client queries related to legal documentation.
4. Compliance Documentation Support
· Assisting with client due diligence questionnaires.
· Supporting responses related to certifications, audits, and regulatory compliance.
· Coordinating submission of compliance-related documents.
5. Record Management
· Maintaining a central repository for Signed Copies of:
i. Non-Disclosure Agreements
ii. Master Services Agreements
iii. Vendor Services Agreements
iv. Memorandum of Understandings
v. Engagement Letters
· Maintaining Physical & Soft Copies of the Agreements.
6. Founder’s Office Support & Coordination
· Managing correspondence for the Founder’s Office and drafting, routing, and following up on mail-based approval requests for contracts, agreements, and key documentation.
· Tracking pending approvals and following up to ensure timely sign-off.
· Maintaining a record of approval mails for audit and reference purposes.
· Preparing briefs, agenda notes, and supporting documents for the Founder ahead of meetings and reviews.
7. Calendar Management
· Scheduling and coordinating meetings, reviews, and signing appointments with clients and internal stakeholders.
· Maintaining and updating calendars, tracking deadlines, renewal dates, and follow-up reminders.
· Sending invites, agendas, and reminders for scheduled engagements.
8. Weekly Data Consolidation (ERP, CRM & Timesheet)
· Consolidating weekly data from ERP, CRM, and Timesheet systems.
· Reconciling entries across systems and flagging discrepancies for correction.
· Preparing weekly consolidated reports and sharing them with relevant stakeholders.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
