Senior Video Editor
About SOR
SOR Group is a founder-led strategy, branding, and growth company.
We work across media, communications, business development, and creative, building brands, narratives, and operating systems for companies and institutions that want to matter.
Our work sits at the intersection of thinking and execution. Strategy is built with the expectation that it will be used. Creative is produced with the expectation that it will perform. Every output is tied to a real outcome.
The team operates as a group of high-agency generalists. People move across functions, take ownership early, and build things end-to-end, from idea to execution to iteration.
We work in small teams, on real timelines, with direct access to decision-making. The environment rewards clarity, speed, and independent thinking.
The Role
You will work on high-impact video content from the beginning, contributing to how ideas are translated into compelling visual narratives.
The role involves editing, structuring, and enhancing content using motion, pacing, and storytelling to create videos that are both engaging and outcome-driven. You will move between raw footage, concept briefs, and final outputs, building clarity and impact through editing.
You will sit close to execution and contribute to how content performs in real-world scenarios.

- Create motion-driven content including motion graphics, transitions, and visual enhancements
- Translate briefs into high-quality video outputs with clear narrative structure
- Work closely with strategy, content, and design teams to execute ideas end-to-end
- Handle fast-turnaround edits during campaign cycles and high-pressure timelines

- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
- Comfort working on political content and sensitive narratives
