HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, employee attendance, payroll processing, offer letter preparation, HR documentation, policy implementation, and employee records.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Manage daily attendance through biometric systems and attendance software.
- Monitor employee leave, absenteeism, late arrivals.
- Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly payroll and salary sheets.
- Verify attendance, leave, incentives, deductions, overtime, and reimbursements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts department for timely salary processing.
- Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, rules, and regulations.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain workplace discipline.
- Manage attendance and HR operations for Sales Executives, Sales Officers, Drivers, and Delivery Executives.
- Coordinate with reporting managers regarding attendance, leave, performance, and disciplinary matters.
- Monitor field staff through sales applications and attendance systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain records of attendance, payroll, manpower, joining, resignations, and employee performance.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR operations and payroll processing.
- Experience in attendance management and biometric systems.
- Knowledge of HR policies, rules, and employee documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of sales force automation (SFA), attendance applications, GPS-based field tracking, and other sales software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
