View requests, RFPs, and RFQs submitted by sales offices and index documents for quotes in various Principal applications.

Review, analyze, and process indexing and quoting in accordance with business process documents.

Efficiently and effectively process group requests to meet or exceed document indexing expectations.

Ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, timely, and methodical transaction processing.

Work on routine matters with minimum supervision.

Regularly advance job knowledge by tapping into available resources, contributing positively to work outcomes.

Be flexible and multitasking by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests assigned by the supervisor.

Use your own initiative in a team environment.

Provide timely responses to queries from internal and external collaborators.

Align with Principal policies and adapt to business needs.

Develop strong partnerships with peers, mentors, support functions, and leaders.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – 15 years of formal education from a recognized and accredited university.

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in transaction processing in the insurance and financial domain preferred.

Typing skills – 30 to 35 WPM, 30 to 35 NPM, 98% accuracy.

Good written, comprehension, and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.

Strong analytical skills.
