Responsible for implementing, and optimizing industrial processes to transform raw materials into finished products efficiently, safely, and at high quality.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost.
- Analyze engineering drawings, GD&T, casting drawings, and manufacturing diagrams.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.
- Manage raw material inventory and support uninterrupted production.
- Develop and evaluate vendors, conduct supplier audits, and ensure APQP compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product development and process improvements.
- Vendor Development: Identify, evaluate, and audit new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships for quality assurance.
- Project Management: Oversee vendor delivery timelines (APQP) and ensure compliance with standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Purchase, and R&D teams to deliver project goals and resolve issues
