Job Description
End to End knowledge on process flows pertaining to Ecommerce platform development.
Should have worked in product development firm. Should frame requirements and map them into functional design.
Should bring in best in class features into product to outdo competing factors.
Build the product strategy and product roadmap for the Functional charter in line with companies goals and strategies.
Design solutions and work with technology teams to implement solutions.
Clearly define user stories that support your roadmap and vision.
Gather, evaluate and document business needs and requirements and translate these into functional specifications, user stories, or wireframes.
Own all Product Management aspects from conception onwards and drive it through development, testing, acceptance and adoption to launch.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and solve pain-points that can be addressed through technology.
Identify and prioritize the most immediate improvement opportunities across customer experience.
Mentor and manage junior staff members.
Ability to think Out-of-the-Box and turn ambiguous problems into solutions.
Accustomed to drive results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Functional SPOC for e-Commerce Product.
End to End Ownership in Functional Features.
Work with technology team members and other functional team members to bring in best in class e-Commerce Application.
Keep a tab in market advancements in e-Commerce space and suggest new features.
Should understand functional flow of the e-Commerce Product and suggest technical team on development process.
Should be willing to travel and present the product to our Customers all over.
Mandatory Skills
Must have worked on E-commerce platform like Vendor on boarding, Payment Channels, Shipment tracking, Product return, Financing the product etc.
