- Serve as the primary point of contact for daily member inquiries, walk-ins, and building guests.

- Conduct daily walkthroughs of the workspace to ensure desks, lounges, and communal areas are clean, tidy, and fully operational.

3. Booking & Administrative Support
- Manage meeting room and event space calendars, process bookings, and handle billing/invoicing for supplementary services.

4. Community Engagement
- Foster a collaborative and vibrant atmosphere by assisting with community events, networking sessions, and member workshops.
- Actively listen to member feedback and escalate any concerns or service bottlenecks to the Community Manager.
